A Helicopter Service based  in Homer & Kodiak Alaska 

Maritime Helicopters has been in business since1973 supporting the marine, petroleum, construction industries as well as State and Federal agencies. We own and operate our own vessel, the 86 foot "Maritime Maid" which is equipped for helicopter operations.
Our vessel and helicopters have operated from Homer throughout the Arctic, Western Aleutians and Southeast Alaska. We service customers throughout Alaska.
Maritime Helicopters operates 6-passenger Bell 407, Bell Long Ranger and 4-passenger Bell JetRanger helicopters from our hangars in Homer and Kodiak. We also operate a versatile helipad equipped research vessel, the “Maritime Maid” for helicopter operations anywhere in Alaska. We are a Bell Authorized Customer Service Facility and a Tesoro jet fuel dealer on the Homer Airport. We also have a facility in Kodiak operating year round.

High time pilots averaging over 9000 flight hours and many years experience in Alaska's unique flying conditions, experienced maintenance personnel, vessel crews with years of arctic/maritime experience - available for the most demanding jobs.

Years of experience with the oil, mining and research industry and government and scientific community - providing the capability to accomplish your most challenging requirements.

A 4,800 square foot hangar, offices, fueling and maintenance facility in Homer, Alaska, providing ready access to our marine operations and port facilities.

A 3,600 square foot hangar and year round operations in Kodiak supporting the fishing and tourism industries and the Kodiak rocket launch facility.

An out base of operations at Dutch Harbor in the Aleutian Islands with personnel experienced in the unique requirements of this area. From “Dutch” we can provide service to the fishing, energy and marine transportation industries.
